About me

What I do, is who I am
Well, my name is Neha and I am a graphic designer. My first love is Design.

Having studied at the London College of Communication, I worked for some fantastic design studios
in London that had the global perspective I wanted to imbibe. Ports of call included Sas Design,
Johnson Banks, Radford Wallis, Together Design, Un-real design, Williams Murray Hamm amongst others
.

I also learnt how to make excellent coffee amongst other things!

Returning to India I worked for HGV London, acting as a bridge between their communication
initiatives and clients.

When exciting challenges beckoned, I relocated to Bangalore to work with Ray and Keshavan Design,
The Brand Union
. This gave me the opportunity to work with some of India’s foremost brands who came
to us for our specialist understanding of branding and brand environment optimization.

In between all of that, I fell in love all over again.

Got married and did a short stint with HKLM Design, Johannesburg, developing the brand language
for a Nigerian Bank.

Back in India, I am currently working with Vyas Giannetti Creative. I’ve been involved in various projects
developing the design strategy to creating a brand new world for our clients.

Over the years, the clients I’ve enjoyed working with are Typhoo Tea, Network 18, World Food Group, Wipro,
Satyam, SABMiller and Shoppers Stop, Unilever and ACC. Each one of these projects offered a unique chance
to communicate through design and helped me learn and grow enormously as a designer.

How I work
» I listen.
» I understand.
» I ask questions. When? Where? Why? Who? How? Which? Why not?
» I argue when not convinced.
» I solve problems.
» I care.

My Achievements
My biggest accomplishment is, being a designer, I can be a voice or
a window to the world. I just can’t think of anything else I would rather do.
Other than that, here are a few feathers in my cap.

» Part of the jury panel at the Abby Awards, 2009
» Work Showcased in Indian Graphic Design Magazine, 2007, Kyoorious Exchange – Brand Identity
» International Society of Typographic Designers, 2004
