Shoppers Stop Ltd. was India’s first chain of departmental stores. By 2008, it had
27 stores in 12 Indian cities. It has won ‘The Hall of Fame’ award. In 2008, in recognition
of its performance the World Retail Congress bestowed on Shoppers Stop ‘The Emerging
Market Retailer of the Year’ award. The design task was to design shopping bags for
Shoppers Stop. The brief was to convey how the brand had covered the major product
categories and was frequented by shopaholics. |
